This piece is part of the collection "FIBER ALIVE" / Red pandas eat mostly bamboo, but are not closely related to panda bears. They have little squishy bodies and live in trees. Deforestation for livestock or other human development displaces them and leaves them vulnerable to cars, dogs, disease, and poachers. About the size of a house cat, 8- 17 lbs, they have undeniable charisma and exude life essence and personality.
