She stands inside a ring of branches and blossoms, as if the wilderness has grown up around her and simply stopped. Leaves trace across her skin in fine, quiet lines, proof that what grows around her has taken root in her as well.

There's a stillness here that was earned rather than passive. The branches arc overhead like a crown. She belongs at the center of it, the way a garden belongs around its oldest tree.

The Bower speaks to a kind of growth that no longer needs to prove itself. It has stopped reaching outward and started settling inward. A woman not just rooted in the wild, nor only keeping watch over it, but resting fully within it, at the quiet center of everything she's grown.
