“Swimming Pool Series – Together Alone,” evokes nostalgia for an idealized childhood, stirring a longing to reclaim its joy and freedom. It speaks to the feeling of being isolated even in a crowd, where the search for belonging often leads to disappointment. Yet, amidst this paradox, we can rediscover our sense of community through compassion and connection. It illustrates the dualities of joy and loneliness, solitude and camaraderie, that define our shared human journey.
