Blind Insect Gallery presents its first art exhibition of 2023 "Artist Chronicles" Featuring artwork by artist Speller. Opening Reception is on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 6:30 pm. – 8:30 pm.

 

This collection of paintings portrays their journey as an artist and how these pieces and the art helps them to find their artistic voice. We are all artists—whether we realize it or not. Sometimes we get knocked around by life, which reveals something that our soul wants to say, but we don't know how to express it. Fortunately, life delivers us to a point where we have no choice but to start creating to find ourselves, and to rediscover where we are and how we have been changing with time. If the artist is not expressing themselves, they are discovering who they are, and everything they produce comes from a source beyond conscious awareness.
