"This piece depicts the figure outlined in a micron pen and shaded with colored pencil on Bristol paper. The inspiration for this work comes from my experience of learning to accept my body as it is and view my body with neutrality, peace, and appreciation. I am learning to look at my body as scientifically and cellularly very interesting, but not so exciting on the macro scale: In the folds or smoothness, looseness or firmness...
